How much do your cakes cost?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy & complexity of your design, so please contact us for a detailed price quote. For reference, our cakes start at $7/serving with an order minimum of $150 for all cakes.

Oh no! I forgot to order a cake! Do you do rush orders?

Yes. Depending on our availability, we can accommodate last minute orders. For orders placed within 4-6 days of the requested date, a 15% rush fee is applied. For orders placed within 1-3 days of the requested date, a 25% rush fee is applied. Balances must be paid upfront, in full, to secure the order.

Your cakes look good, but do they taste good too?
Our cakes are made using fresh, high quality ingredients such as milk, butter, flour, sugar and eggs and our cakes are never frozen. So yes - they’re delicious! Head over to our flavors section to see some of our signature flavors, or mix and match flavors to create your own delicious Centerpiece!

Do you make gluten-free cakes?

Yes, we offer gluten free cakes. Please mention this when placing your order. At this time, we do not offer vegan, dairy or sugar free cakes.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver! Delivery is based on mileage from our studio at .57/mile roundtrip, so a delivery address will need to be provided upon placing your order. 

Do you ship your cakes?
No, we do not ship cakes. 

How can I order a cake, cupcakes or cookies?
You can call us, visit one of our social media pages or send us an email. We recommend that you send as many details as possible, including event date, servings needed, and a photo for reference - this could be an article of clothing, invite or even another cake. We will get back to you as soon as we can!

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase cupcakes or view your work?
No. We operate out of a private cake studio, where we do not allow walk ins. 

How early should I place my order?
A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all of your event details.
We tend to book up about 2-3 weeks in advance, so we recommend about a 4 week notice, but will do our best to accommodate you and fit you in when we can. Rush fees are applied to orders placed with less than 1 weeks notice. 

Is a deposit required when placing an order?
Yes. We require a non-refundable 50% retainer to secure your order. The remaining balance on your order is due no later than 7 days before your order due date. Full payment is due upfront on all orders placed within 7 days or less of pickup. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your retainer. 

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards and cash. Invoices are sent to your email, where you can securely make your payment online. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to secure your order. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. For cancellations made 14 or more days before the due date, we will refund any of the monies paid, minus the non refundable retainer. If a cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the promised due date, we will not refund, however, we will work with you to reschedule your order for a date we are available.
